Our Story

JKG Organic began with a mother's determination to help her daughter.

When our daughter was just three months old, she developed severe eczema. For years we worked closely with healthcare professionals and specialists, trying numerous treatments, including long-term steroid creams. While these helped at times, we continued searching for ways to better support her skin.

Everything changed during a family holiday to Florida. In the intense sunshine, her skin became extremely irritated and uncomfortable. A chance encounter with a kind lady encouraged us to research natural ingredients alongside conventional care. That conversation sparked a journey that would eventually become JKG Organic.

Over many years we studied natural ingredients, tested formulations and refined recipes, creating products that focused on nourishing the skin rather than simply masking symptoms.

What started in our family kitchen has grown into a trusted independent British skincare and haircare brand.

Our founder, Janice Knox-Goba, spent more than 17 years as a Sociology and Criminology teacher before dedicating herself full-time to building JKG Organic. Her passion for research, education and attention to detail continues to shape every product we create.
